Census Search

Find popular facts about our community by using the U.S. Census Bureau’s Data Dissemination Platform: data.census.gov.

These profiles include a broad overview of demographic data for our community, like total population, median household income, poverty rate, and employment rate. Each profile also includes 7 categories with more information: People & Population, Race & Ethnicity, Health, Education, Business & Economy, Employment, and Income & Poverty.

Data.census.gov also makes it easy to search for other census data using general or advanced search techniques in the search bar at the top of the page. Clicking on “Advanced Search” will give the user the option to select filters to get more detailed results. Filters include year, geography, topic, survey, and code. All searches will result in data tables that the user can then export as a .CSV file or copy and paste into an excel document by right clicking the given table.
