The Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission will hold a specially-called meeting on Thursday, June 27th from 10:00 am-noon in meeting room 1A at the Development Resource Center at 1250 Market Street, Chattanooga, TN 37402. The purpose of this meeting is to hold a public hearing on the draft City of Chattanooga Zoning Ordinance (City Code Chapter 38). The Planning Commission reviewed the initial draft of the zoning ordinance in November 2023 and recommended approval of the draft zoning ordinance to Chattanooga City Council. Since that time, a revised draft ordinance has been created. The meeting will begin with a brief overview of the changes since the past Regional Planning Commission review followed by public comments on the drafted changes. The revised draft may be found online at www.chcrpa.org [waiting for changes to be active].

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to T.C.A. §8-44-101 and T.C.A. § 13-3-403 the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission will conduct a Special Called Public Meeting on Thursday, January 26th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. This meeting will be conducted in person in the County Commission meeting room on the fourth floor of the Hamilton County Courthouse located 625 Georgia Avenue, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37402.
The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss proposed amendments to the City of Chattanooga Subdivision Regulations in regards to the proposed incorporation of street standards into the subdivision regulations.
A copy of the proposed regulation amendments are available for review on the RPA website at www.chcrpa.org.

The purpose of these meetings is to convey changes to the standards for streets and rights-of-way as governed by the Subdivision Regulations, discuss feedback received on the changes to date, and receive feedback on the proposed changes. Public Participation Plan Virtual Open House
The Chattanooga-Hamilton County/North Georgia Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) developed a draft Public Participation Plan. The plan documents a public engagement framework and process for providing individuals and other stakeholders opportunities to be involved in the regional transportation planning process. The TPO’s planning area includes Hamilton County, TN and Catoosa County, GA and the northern portions of Dade and Walker Counties in Georgia.
The Chattanooga-Hamilton County/North Georgia Transportation Planning Organization is seeking public input through a Virtual Open House due to public health concerns. To participate in the Public Participation Plan Virtual Open House, please go to https://chcrpa.org/news/public-participation-plan-public-comment-period to watch a brief video presentation and, most importantly, provide your comments on the plan. - Approve by Resolution a Self-Certification that the Chattanooga-Hamilton County/North Georgia Transportation Planning Organization’s Transportation Planning Process is being carried out in accordance with Federal Regulations
- Approve by Resolution the 2020-2023 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)

The public review and comment period for draft plans and programs will be used to satisfy the public participation requirements of the Federal Transit Act (49 USC Section 5307/5310/5339). Una reunión de la Junta Ejecutiva de la Organización de Planificación de Transporte (TPO, por sus siglas en inglés) se llevará a cabo el miércoles 13 de noviembre de 2019, de 1:30 a 3:00 p.m. hora del Este en el Centro de Recursos para el Desarrollo, 1250 Market Street, sala de conferencias 1A, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37402. 2020-2023 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
The Transportation Improvement Program is a short-range program which provides a prioritized list of multimodal transportation projects within the Chattanooga-Hamilton County/North Georgia Transportation Planning Organization area.
A 30-day public comment period for the 2020-2023 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and Program of Projects opens October 15, 2019 pending Chattanooga-Hamilton County/North Georgia Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) Technical Coordinating Committee action.
Review of the TIP and public input can be accommodated several ways:
PUBLIC MEETING: The Chattanooga-Hamilton County/North Georgia Transportation Planning Organization will hold an Open House public meeting for review and input regarding the 2020-2023 Transportation Improvement Program. No formal presentation will be given. The meeting will be held:
