New Application Procedures

It is preferred that the submittal of applications for rezoning, mandatory referrals, lift/amend conditions, or special permits be emailed to rezoning@chattanooga.gov.  RPA staff will email the applicant and let them know if the application is complete or if there are missing application materials.  Once a complete application has been submitted, an RPA staff member will contact the applicant to take a credit card payment over the phone.  The application deadline for a digital application is the 4th Monday of each month by 4:30 pm.

The RPA will still accept applications or payments in person at the Development Resource Center at 1250 Market Street.  The application deadline for in person applications is the 4th Monday of the month at 12:00 pm.
