RPA and the Hamilton County Public Works department contracted with Tri-Star Public Solutions, LLC to conduct an evaluation of fire and emergency response in the county. The scope of the study is an evaluation of the demographic and response characteristics of fire departments operating in the unincorporated areas of Hamilton County, Tennessee.
