Pam Glaser

Principal Planner
Pam began work at the RPA in 1994 as a historic preservation assistant and has worked as a community planner for over 20 years. Her many years at the Urban Design Studio involved planning for the Downtown and nearby neighborhoods. A graduate of UTC, she earned her AICP accreditation in 2014 and served as senior planner on projects such as the Downtown Plan, South Broad Redevelopment Plan, MLK Community Plan, the Climate Action Plan and the North Shore Public Spaces Report as well as taking the lead on the Area 12 Plan and the Area 3 Plan. A background working in parks and public space adds to her interest in this region's natural resources. Pam spends her leisure time outdoors in her garden, walking, biking, or on the water, usually with her dogs, sketchbook and camera in hand. She also serves on the board of the local history museum and stays active in the Soddy-Daisy community where she resides.
